I'd like to say how we in America failed Bosnia inthe past 4 years,
abdicating the

responsibility we had to protect Bosnia from the Serb aggression. I, for
one, am interested

in helping the Bosnian Federation in any way I can.  I am hoping to travel
to the region

this summer and find work somewhere, somehow, and help the Bosnians repair
their country.

A lot of educated Americans like me (a university student soon to
graduate) want to help

but don't know how.  Tell us how we can, beyond sending money and
educating our peers

about the events of the past 4 years there.  I'd appreciate any advice you
might post or

send me.
