I am working on a research paper on the effects of the international aid
for recconstruction on the political developments in Bosnia. I am
especially interested in how the people of Sarajevo see their economic
future and whether external aid ius supposed to have any real impact. Is
the international aid motivating any Serbs to saty in Sarajevo or ar they
fleeing from the sSarajevo suburbs no matter what ewill happen
economivcally. I am a Finn working at the University of Notre Dame as
Professor of Government and Direcctor of the Kroc Institute for
