Regarding the query:
> How does one go about tracing or finding missing people.
If you have web access, go to www.applicom.com/people and fill in the
entry form. If you have only email, ask for the email-entry form form
dubravko@xupernet.net or pnbalkans@igc.apc.org
We have the form in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English.
We're hoping that as more people and groups come to use the People
Finder Service, some of the missing people listed there will be
discovered. Of course, right now it's just beginning to be used; but
it's worth a try.

My family and I live in Utah, USA. We are sponsoring a Bosnia family that
has moved here. Recently we learned that the parents of the father are
still in Bosnia and they are missing. How does one go about tracing or
finding missing people. Any information will be reatley appreciated.
