I was stationed at Naples Italy in 1963-1967,   I see from the news mostly
destruction, of your natural resourses that you have on your future trades
and resoiurses!,



I susgest that due to you being a young country just branched off from the
Former Soviet Union, you form

a national budget puttung aside 1 million dollars (equllivant) in your
currency)

per person, then invest in gold with that one million per person, then
that branches into leverages of one million per person per silver then
Platium

your country at the world bank then in the netherlands will be worth
reconstruction,

you will be a demecratic nation, self depending only on yourselfs, 	I
would like to do the same in switzerland some day and retiremet there with
duel citizenship.

by doing this you will have time to reconstruc and not worry about
money,while you work out your differences..

I would not let reglious leaders of any nation send repersentives into to
advise this is why you already have so

may deaths of people, reglious differences.. Just as in Switzerland
different nations can be built within a nation regonized, like independant

famalies with a family.. for the family of man.. those are your beliefs



not your livelyhoods, and should be seperate .. Just a outside view in
from a different would we have have trouble understanding why you would
waiste human lifes you need for your livehoods....  HERE's LOOKING at
