Hi...
I am interested in becoming involved in helping with the reconstruction
of the Bosnian Economy and Higher Education infrastructure. I would like
to get information about two things:
1) What the telecom/computer net structure was like in Sarajevo before
the war (information about school networks, telephone companies etc).
2) What the projected needs will be after the War.
I would appreciate a link with someone who has access to PGP.
