Tonight in Arizona, USA, NATO is striking at Bosnian Serb targets around
"safe" havens.
I am more than curious to learn more details than are
available
on CNN. New to Internet, I am surprised that there seems to
be
no way to chat, rather like the mode that ham operators use, but
on
Internet. E-mail is OK but not immediate, not spontaneous.
Can anyone tell
me how to chat on Internet, especially how to chat
with people in
Bosnia-Herzegovina?
Thanks.
