I have read your messages about the Bosnia net happening in Helsinki, and I'm pleased that you are undertaking such an event.
How will you conduct the conference? Did you set up a modem connection? It may be more efficient to simply link to the Sarajevo Pipeline/PeaceNet/ZaMir Net connection on MediaFilter since it is already well established and functioning, and since ZaMir is the most reliable connection to the region. (it also took quite some time to organize the system so that it works well). We will be happy to carry your event in a spirit of international solidarity and cooperation for peaceful uses of the internet as a commucications tool.
Looking forward to collaborating with you on this important event.
Please reply to me via email: mf@MediaFilter.org
Best wishes,
Paul Garrin
