While I abhor the misery that the air strikes will unleash on the Serbs who
are ringing the city of Sarajevo and who have been identified as being
responsible for the recent killings and maimings at a market location
recently, I am in complete agreement with NATO decisions to retaliate
because it would appear that the Serbs understand only this kind of force.
I hope the civilian population will be able to find a respite from
terrorist activities once the Serb locations are immobilized.
