Today former  Senator Paul Tsongas (D.), who ran against Bill Clinton for
President, said that he is a HAWK on Bosnia and that he would use U.S.
airpower to make the Serbs pay a heavy price for their actions and lift the
arms embargo. He was greeted with several rounds of applause by a
standing-room crowd of over several hundred  people in Peterborough, N.H. at
the Monadnock Summer Lyceum.
People in America do care about Bosnia and will respond to leadership if it
is given.
