This is what zamir-chat-l/zamir.chat/Sarajevo Pipeline have been set up
to do. We have told the Sarajevans and others in fY about this, it's
now up to them to participate. Given the situation in Sarajevo, etc.,
they are now a little preoccupied...
People can try finding their relatives thru this public chat, they can
try the separate mail service, SPE/PISMA at .
