Hi, 

Today the 12th this conference first arrived in the Zamir Transnational Net.
Now t is available on our email systems in Zagreb, Ljubljana, Belgrade,
Pristina, Tuzla and Sarajevo.  

Unfortunately, due to the lack of electricity in Sarajevo our system 
there is almost inoperable. It has been moved to a place where it 
now electriciy but is not connected to our telephone line,
which means that the Sarajevo people cannot access it.

We are trying to improve this situation but it probablywill take some time.
