Back around 1980, my roomate,"Pete", was washing
his car on the driveway. This was an upscale part
of town, and we were both law abiding citizens in
our early twenties. Along came Deputy Sheppard and
his thugs, who drove past and slammed on the brakes.
The good deputy had a rogue reputation in Santa Clara County.
They got out of their service vehicles and ordered Pete to the
ground. Sheppard pulled out his shotgun, put it to Pete's head
and advised if he made one move, his head would be blown off.
When politely asking what this was all about, Sheppard
replied, "Shut the fuck up!" Several minutes later, a call
came over the radio after a warrant check and they released him.
Again being polite, he asked why they did this. Sheppard, who
was about 6'3", 250lbs walked up to Pete and said that if he
said anything, they know where he lives. We never knew what
happened to Deputy Sheppard, but I wouldn't be surprised if
a citizen during one of his home invasions executed his
constitutional rights and put Mr. Sheppard permanently out of
service.
Police abuse is not a liberal or conservative issue. It's
a constitutional issue. From Randy Weaver to local police
authorities, the government and local police departments
have been given too many authoritative rights. There are
now so many laws on the books, virtual anyone can be guilty
of a crime. Most police officer's I've met are very professional,
but once in a while, a Deputy Sheppard will create a situation
where as the people have lost all trust in law enforcement.

First of all this page comes up on my computer as black with white lettering. When I print it on my color printer the graphic print the black background but as far as I can tell if the white letters are printing I need to use colored paper. Maybe you should consider changing the colors. Second My search for information and help to overturn a conviction against me for manufacturing Methanphedamines (something I didn't do). My case quickly summerized involves 1 fingerprint, not of computer quality found on a one gallon acetone can (the location of the print on the can was misrepresented and they couldn't tell us where they found the can or if it was empty or full) and several statements that the cop said I made. I did not make the statements and most of the alledged statements were later determined to have been made prior to the Miranda Rights being given (Although I know my rights, they were never given)but at trial when the cops got into the supressed area they justified the use of the eledged statements by saying I said them twice. Other evidence, none of it even collectably was illegal but it was all misrepresented. After the trial two marshalls who were there thru the entire trial both made comments that they could'nt believe the jury said GUILTY. The DA's, the Sheriff's, the Criminalist's and the Judges are all violating not only the Constitutional Rights of the people but they are making laws that no one votes on, they are destroying the very foundation that this country was built on and they are cold, heartless, scandalistic, hypocritical money and power hungry monsters (and then some (you can add to the list if you want)and then somemore). From what I understand Russsia has abolished communism, however it appears the United States is keeping it alive. Hello ... any one who wants to say "America, Love it or leave it" or wants to say I am anti American better take another look because what I am saying is anyone and everyone who beleives this country has gone to shit is right and I challenge them to fight. That right "FIGHT" fight the very same people that we call upon to help and protect us. I know most people no matter where they live, no matter what they do, cop's, judges, politition, waiters, mechanics etc., etc., all want to be respected, successful, and honest (except maybe the Sheriffs) the problem is that they have been allowed to have too much power for too long and their (speaking of Government, Police, Social Services, in California include Attorneys (who used to be under authority of the State Bar Assoc.-Better then nothing but not much better.)) in control (or out of control, depending on how you look at it). The point is they have to be stopped before they gain complete control and we fall under Marshall (or in this case Sheriff) law. It is scarry to know that if the president declared "A State of Emergency" the only one with power would be the president. I know I was going to keep this short but I get carried away. It saddens me to think they "WE THE PEOPLE" may have to once again fight the law (and die) to bring back "Law and Order", "Liberty and Justice for ALL". Who can trust a Government or it's Law enforcement when they are setting such fine examples. It's no wonder so many people are on welfare, in jail, unemployed, homless and on the streets, they don't care and neither does their government. The Honest Average Citizens of this Country Need to stand up United (lets put back the elements that made this Country great) and take back what is OURS -- THESE UNITED STATES -- It may seem anti American that I won't go fight in some other country, But I sure as hell will defend its shores and everything in between from being destroyed, even if it means fighting my neighbor. You Know if I had the time I could go on forever... But I don't I all leave with this final statement.. My case, currently in the appellet court located in the very same County (within Blocks) of the Court where I was convicted is located in San Bernardino County - Central Courthouse where they have about a 98% conviction (or should I say Railroad) rate. Otherwise anything that gets the word out that the Cops could very well be a persons worst enemy is appretiated.

Umm...yeah. In Santa Clara the bad guys all wear uniforms or have a bar licenses. SJPD drugged me, played taperecordings of my phone calls and threw me in a mental institution so they could have CPS take my babies for their child prostitution ring. I even have a tape of my 3 year old disclosing graphic details of anal/vaginal penitration by police. I, like an idiot, took the tape to SJPD when CPS would not help her and SJPD destroyed it in front of me and my wittness, so I guess what she is saying is true or else there would be no need for cover-up. By the way they said they were going to kill her if I kept trying to get her help. They put her in a box if she crys or tells them to stop. The woman at the legal clinic said that was cookie cutter for kids in this county and it's a training mechinism. (It made me sick) Then I was denied my legal right to counsel and no one will help. I have Dr.s who were willing to testify that CPS treatened their licenses who have backed out. Who will help my daughters? Where's the justice? What do I do whan I am the only one not afraid of these psychos? I will fight. They are trying to accuse me of coaching her which is laughable because I have only seen her with their officers supervising. Of coarse I am so used to twisted run ins with them that I have managed to get a ton of stuff on tape. Oh yeah, and that tape they destroyed...there are a lot of copies out there. Child being sexually abused by police or mother psychodic? Listen to the tapes and you be the judge. SJPD, who is laughing now?
I have no faith, not only in are so-called "protect&serve" law officials, but also in our joke of our justice system also. I've just went through a totally bogus police raid in my home. Guess what?!?! I was convicted before I was even tried. What happened to innicent untill proven guilty? Thats a fucking joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm totally disgusted with all the high and mighty officials. Ha!Ha! wait untill them assholes have to get one of their not so perfect kids or family members out of jail. VULGAR DISPLAY OF POWER!!!!!!!!!
Not all cops are bad but I have had some bad experiences not saying most of the time I broke the law but sometimes Cops just find a teen and just get off by messin with them. But theres not much u can do about it, 99.999 percent of the time the judge will believe the cop wrong, right or indiffernt but thats the USA I guess. Kreed
