On May 11, 2001, approximately 10:20 AM, Oklahoma Highway
Patrol Officer Jason Hanlon, Badge #261, decided to take it upon
himself to assault me and intervene in my marriage. After having
a 30second argument with my wife in a store(where she worked)
i then proceded to the parking lot of the mall , where my wife
had followed me out to the car. Upon settling down, i was sitting
in the car with the door open and my wife sitting on my lap,
talking, Officer Hanlon,working as a loss prevention agent part-
time for the department store came out to the vehicle. My wife
got out of the car and put her hand up to him to stop and said
"everything is o.k., please go back". She stated this twice. Hanlon
proceeded to my vehicle, which is 50 to 60 yards out into the mall
parking lot, where i got out. I had recognized Hanlon from pictures
I had found of him and my wife. It is my opinion that Hanlon(who
is married to a police officer) and my wife had been having an affair
previously. I got out of the car. He pulled out his badge from around
his neck and came body to body with me, trying to instigate a fight.
My wife stated over and over for him to leave me alone and that i
was her husband. Hanlon tried grabbing my hands trying to get me
to hit him. After stating that "i was not going to fight him with
his badge, he through it down on the ground,took off his baseball cap
and hit me in the chest causing me to fall on the cement. I got up
and called him "a bitch with a badge" and officer Hanlon stated that
"He was going to make me his bitch when he fucked me in the ass".
Myresearch and opinion--Officer Hanlon has been sleeping with half
of the Dept. Stores female employees. He refused to give me his name
and badge# and only stopped physically harrassing when i got into
my car.
