Student kicked out of school with police force for asking the university "why it does not report crime and violations by professors or supervisors? Is it cause the student would be kicked out of the university of california, davis, if they did report on a professor?" in a few hours the 4.0gpa student was kicked out of school. The police woke the student up with 20 pages of restraining orders, apparently the three professors fear for their lives now because they saw a website by the same student http://www-chem.ucdavis.edu/~ghoo this website now has been forged a little by the university;but these professors (and administrators)doing a cover up for crime reported by the student last summer-fall 98 now has been thrown out without the universities own legal procedure and may end up in prison as the professors have lied; but all the have is the "why can not students report crime" and the websites that state use of legal procedure can prevent violence; but they did forge evidence(out of context statements of the website, to create a fictional story of imminent violence.) Court is march 23 99, it may be jail or just another adventure. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS hostile work enviroment? The website in question was fully censored by the univeristy. The death threats and threats to rape started a few hours after the police got a copy of the report from last year that magically never reached the police(until the student found the residence is removed, the research, the books, the medical services, (disabled student); but have others found this common in the usa universities? There are of course other things like the local law enforcement have been told the student is very dangerous! So you can imagine the atttention! Well UC reps have said things like the student should not have reported the crime(phosgene gases =chemical warfare agents)routinely let loose...and while it probably only could kill hundreds and disable more, the university thinks it is better to let the phosgene flow and let the innocents breath poison air as one did and was hospitalized without knowing why...these same ucd reps said "people of color don't mind slavery...in response to when it was said "if students can not report health and safety violations, crime and or civil rights, then the supervisors do and may do as they wish, the students become slaves; but paybacks oft occurr. Last fall 98 three harvard grad students killed themselves stating their professors(supervisors had too much control over thier lives)and before that the graduate students went after the faculty who deprived them of their human rights, civil rights. So in between maybe if the professors and universities were lawful, that would be a start. Sorr
