My name is Randall Kelton. I live in Wise County, Texas and have been in a running battle with the criminal justice system these last ten years. In the process of taking them on, I found that they are prone to do what they want instead of what the law commands. Unlike you, however, I do not feel raped. I just forwarded a one hundred and fifty page petition to the Travis County Grand Jury in Austin. If any public official, acting under the color of his authority, denies another in the full and free enjoyment of or access to any right, that official is guilty of official oppression, a Class A misdemeanor in the State of Texas. While Judges are protected from civil litigation, they have none from the criminal consequences of their actions.
