Award winning Winnipeg Free Press reporter and columnist Gordon Sinclair has just completed his book about the shooting and coverup by the Winnipeg Police Service (Constable Robert Cross, self deceased)of unarmed and intoxicated, Aboriginal Leader J.J. Harper. This shooting was the root cause 10 years ago of the (Manitoba) Aboriginal Justice Inquiry carried out by Court Justices Murray Sinclair and Alvin Hamilton. The inquiry examined the role of the Winnipeg Police Service and the story behind the shooting. The inquiry found and fingered a corrupt Winnipeg Police Service and laid down the notion that there is a blue shield wall which is racist, that considers itself a law and culture unto itself and anyone one else anywhere else is an "other" as Gordon Sinclair puts it. Gordon Sinclair examines the situations with the final findings that in spite of the Inquiry and its findings which have sat on the shelf collecting time since the shooting and Inquiry, nothing has changed in the 10 years within the Winnipeg Police Service since the J.J. Harper shooting and Aboriginal Justice Inquiry! It will be available on bookshelves in the very near future. For studiers of Organization Behaviour and Criminology, the Government of Manitoba handles distribution of the Aboriginal Justice Inquiry and it is also available reading through the Universities of Manitoba and Winnipeg libraries and the Great Law Library, Law Courts Building, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - Article End.

This is a comment on the Tribute to America regarding America's treament from other countries after the aftermath of the terrorist activities in New York City and Washington, D.C. If Gordon Sinclair died of a heart attack on May 17, 1984, how is this book "recently completed" and new?
I believe, this is not Gordon Sinclair author of The American Or The Good Neighbor. Is it Gordon Sinclaire?
This Gordon Sinclair is a newpaperman and not the Gordon Simclair who composed the Americans radio broadcast that has received so much appreciative attention from your US neighbors. No matter tho. As a US journalist, I applaude great writing, great investigation and outspoken commentary wherever I find it.
