I AM THE BEST FRIEND OF AN INMATE WHO IS CURRENTLY INCARCERATED ON DRUG CHARGES, WHICH WERE CREATED BY A FRIEND TURNED INFORMANT DUE TO A POSIBLE THIRD STRIKE.
HE IS CURRENTLY FIGHTING THIS CASE AND HAS BEEN INCARCERATED FOR 5 MONTHS. HE HAS BEEN DRAGED OUT OF HIS CELL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT 3 TIMES AND THREATENED, INTIMIDATED AND KICK SEVERAL TIMES IN THE CROTCH AREA! HE ALARMED HIS ATTORNEY WHO INTURN INQUIRED ABOUT THE INCIDENT ONLY TO BE TOLD ITS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS THAT ITS PRIVILAGED INFORMATION!
HIS MOTHER IS CONSTANTLY BEING HARRASSED AT HER HOME, HER CARS HAVE BEEN TOWED 15 TIMES THAT WERE PARKED OUTSIDE HER HOME. aND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN STOPED AND SEARCHED LEAVING HER HOME. A PLUMBER WAS THERE REPAIRING HER SINK AND HIS TAGS WERE EXPIRED AND HE WAS PARTIALY PARKED ON THE SIDWALK AND THE POLICE SHOWED UP AND SEARCHED HIS VAN AND THEN TOWED IT. AND GET THIS DIDN'T EVEN GIVE HIM A TICKET!
HE IS SCARED ABOUT WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF HE CONTINUES TO CONSULT WITH HIS ATTORNEY! OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MANNER IF HE TALKS ON THE PHONE ABOUT ANYTHING RELATING TO THE PRIVATE BEATINGS THE PHONE GOES DEAD AND HE HAS TO RETURN TO HIS CELL.
HE IS ALLWAYS SHACKELD WHEN OUT OF HIS CELL OR IN COURT.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP HIM. HE HAS NO PRIOR DRUG CHARGES AND IS A VERY NICE AND LOVING PERSON!
HELP ME IF YOU CAN!

Hi. My boyfriend is also in Theo Lacy on a 1'st time in jail.He got locked up for Grand theft auto. He gets beat up every night by people of other races, and is told he will be killed if he repeats anything. I am so scared for him and for his safety. What should i do to help?
Call your local office of the ACLU. I'm sure they would be interested in your friend and the unusual treatment he is recieving at the hands of the cops.
Sounds like the informant was a smart guy ( you drug addicts can get lighter sentences if you help the police catch a drug dealer that dealt the drugs) The plumber would not have received a ticket if he was expired over a year, the tow is not punative, it is a way for the DMV to recover the fees owed. Yes the house probably has major enforcement now that it has been identified as a drug house ..I am sure the neighbors are happy with the enforcement, I know I would be!!!! As far as your friend he is probably a discipline problem and is exagerating his case for your sympathy.

I would seriously get a new fucking lawyer and get him out of there! Get a god damn case going on that deal, Go up to that police station and tell them that they will not get away with this. Make written complaints and follow up on them!!!! Make sure they get to who they are suppose to go to. Make sure You fuck with them everyday, you get his mom up there with her lawyer and you get a lawsuit going for misconduct and for intentionally causing her emotional distress. Police Departments are scared of Lawsuits, and I promise you that i filed for a civil suit and the judge sees that you have made complaints and nothing has been done that you will will the case!

Well I am an ex parolly and I have seen this happen a few times but only to guys who talk shit grant it they are assholes and thats what they get paid to be so that you will not come back. Speaking on the girl with boyfriend fighting his first case on GTA I highly dought that he is getting beat up unless he is a truck and they need to tax his ass for not staying in line. There are certain rules you have to follow and if you do not comply there will be cosequences. As far as doing anything about it this has been going on for years ans it will continue because you have the Sherriffs( not the police) who think that there shit don't stink. I will not say all our bad because they are not. Be respectfull is the first thing you should learn when you enter the jail house. Hey it could be worse you could be in prisson. and you may not have to deal with the cops there because they are respectfull but there ass will shoot you if you get out of line in the yard. My boyfriend is also in theo lacy and they kneed him in the stomach while on the floor for no reason, and the day he turned himself in, the guards broke the finger of a guy for smiling while they were going through booking. There is many reports of these beating that go on in there for no reason at all, and they need to be reported!!!!
