After this month fellows will have practical experience in project proposal writing, presentation skills, networking, project and organizational management, computer applications and fundraising. During the fellowship they will have access to all REC resources and have the option to work on projects that directly benefit their NGO. Junior Fellows come from a variety of backgrounds and from different CEE countries. They should be between 20 and 30 years old and have experience in working in environmental NGOs. They should exhibit a strong interest in improving the environment in the region. For the 1997 sessions, we are inviting participants from Albania Armenia Azerbaijan Belarus Bosznia Bulgaria Croatia Czech Republic Estonia Georgia Hungary Kazakhstan Latvia Lithuania Macedonia Moldova Poland Romania Russia Slovakia Slovenia Ukraine Yugoslavia The REC covers all costs for travel, accommodation and daily expenses.
