The charimen of the Permanent Council, Ambassador Benedikt von Tscharner, stated that is was "important to maintain the momentum of the peace process," Mr Flavio Cotti the the Chairmen of the OSCE has until Tuesday June 25th to certify whether the elections are 'free and Fair'. We will wait until June 24th at noon to send Mr Cotti the final version of the letter that our readers have written him asking him not to certify elections until Dr Karadzic and Gerneral Mladic are arrested.
