Let me remind you that you are not forgotton, that my heart is with you always. Throughout the war I prayed and held faith that one day, this hell on Earth would be over. We tried to remember throughout the war. Each bomb that fell was felt by myself. I could hear and suffer with the cries of your children, and I visualized the agony of you all. Let the new year bring you only hope, so that you may one day be the proud and loving souls you once were. Remember that God is on your side and the incredible faith which all of you have shown will not have been held without promise and eventual happiness. Now the fighting has stopped. Blood has stopped sheding and cries of horror and despair seem to have subsided. We can only pray that these events will continue in their natural course. Maybe one day, you too, along with all of us, can live together in the dream of a loving, peaceful, and united international community. Keep in mind that God will always be there and that all souls will, in the end, be held and treated for what they deserve. Sina Muscati 17 years old Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA
