We will best be able to help you if you enter the information in the form requested, i.e., enter information only where indicated, and do not exceed the indicated number of characters. If you send your request in another format, it will take longer to process. This initial edition of PFS is distributed to those involved in searching for people missing as a result of the Balkan wars. At present, information about persons missing from other coutries, or who do not have some South-Slav connection, will probably not reach the proper audience via PFS. We strongly suggest that you include your email address as the first item in the CONTACT area below. Without your email address, anyone on-line having information about the person you are looking for will not be able to reach you. You may include other contact information (postal address, etc.) in the CONTACT area. PFS hopes to cooperate with missing-persons groups that are offline, so the more information you give under CONTACT, the greater the chances someone will reply to you by one means or another. PFS will let you know when we have uploaded your request to the web site. We will not ourselves forward any replies to your request; these will be send directly to you by those having information for you. Your request will be listed by PFS database for a year from receipt or latest update. PFS listings are by necessity public. It is totally up to you to decide what you wish to share. You are the only one responsible for the truthfulness of the information. The more precise the information you provide, the better the chances are that someone who reads it might know of the person you are trying to locate. If you want to include a picture of the missing person in the database, please write to D. Kakarigi (DUBRAVKO@SUPERNET.NET). Please enter your information in the spaces or lines provided below. The numbers in brackets following the items give the number of characters or lines the database will accept; text in excess of the limits will be discarded. ------ Return the following form to: DUBRAVKO@SUPERNET.NET ------ SUPPLY INFORMATION ABOUT THE MISSING PERSON: First name ............[20]: Last name .............[20]: Middle name ...........[20]: Nickname ..............[20]: Age....................[05]: Gender.................[01]: Country, state, or province of current residence ................ .......................[20]: City of last known residence in the home country ................ .......................[20]: SUPPLY INFORMATION TO CONTACT YOU: Enter any information you wish others to use to contact you, starting with your email address. It is essential that you give some sort of contact information, otherwise people cannot respond to this entry and your entry will not be placed in the database. At most 195 characters (three 65- character lines) of text you enter will be saved................. ................................................................. ADDITIONAL MESSAGE AREA: Here you may enter a message you wish to share with the visitors to the PFS web site.
