I am more than curious to learn more details than are available on CNN. New to Internet, I am surprised that there seems to be no way to chat, rather like the mode that ham operators use, but on Internet. E-mail is OK but not immediate, not spontaneous. Can anyone tell me how to chat on Internet, especially how to chat with people in Bosnia-Herzegovina? Thanks.
