YES 48 (74 %) NO 8 (12 %) UNDECIDED 9 (14%) It seems that the opinion of Republicans has shifted towards lifting the embargo. Furthermore, Presidential Candidate Arlen Specter spoke very forcefully about using massive air power to attack the Serbs and received an applause from the audience. As the Republicans begin to deal with Bosnia, one wonders if Bill Clinton can be far behind. George Kurzon
