Think your store out next time. You first stated that no one was arrested, then said the driver was. And I'll play your silly game, let say this did happen. You waited till the NEXT DAY to call. Ok, Tuff Guy.
Your story kind of stinks, why out of all the cars in Lowell Ma. (the largest city in that area) would these folks stop you?? And why vice cops (not uniforms) it seesm like you're leaving out part of the story?? you wouldn't have been stopping at every corner by any chance?? You know down ther in the project?? where the druggies and hookers ply their trade.Vice cops don't get to stay Vice cops without a conviction rate, they don't have time to play with you. "batting average" isn't high enough then it's back in the uniform for them. If you have a bona fide complaint then by all means file it. what you've done here is just whine
Lowell police are nothing but scum. They destroyed our home during a search, robbed us, taking cash, computer equipment and parts, personal items, etc... They set me up with a gun that I did not own or posssess. They assaulted me, thinking there was MORE MONEY in the house, before they locked me up. Recently (because of my website: www.lowellpolicesuck.com) the got the Federal ATF involved (additional charges, second arrest, and high bail) as a tool with which to further harrass me. Check out my website, you, and I, are not alone. I've received so many emails from those who were beaten and/or robbed by the Lowell Police Department, enough that an attorney who contacted me said that we should be assembling a class-action suit against the City of Lowell. Not that the City of Lowell would give a sh*t, the Lowell Police HIRE CRIMINALS and make them police officers - free to assault and rob under the guise of "law enforcement". It just plain sucks to be living in this hell-hole called Lowell. Thanks for posting the graphics, one of which I use on my website. Brian White brian@lowellpolicesuck.com
Listen pal you not telling the whole story. You ran your mouth when the car got pulled over which is not the brightest thing to do. Let the driver do the talking unless an officer contacts you personally. Then its "yessir and Nosir" You will save yourself a whole lot of trouble. By the way if you ever get the cajones to strap a police officer on one on one your going to find out how serious one is about going home at night.
I WAS ATTACKED BY TWO LOWELL POLICE OFFICERS... FOR TAKING A PHOTOGRAPH ON PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! 05/29/01 In Lowell, Massachusetts there is little/no difference between the supposedly "good guys" and bad guys... I was on private property in Lowell, accompanied by the property's manager. I took a picture of someone sitting in a van on the property, who was trespassing on the property, and who had previously told the property manager to get away from his van. The subject jumps out of the van, yelling, and in seconds I am attacked and assaulted by the driver and another man, both of whom latter claimed to be Lowell Police Officers (plainclothes - neither showed either of us a badge or identification). They dragged me off the property to the back of a car in the street. The property manager had run inside to get help, thinking the two Lowell Police Officers were just thugs (which there were), only to be chased down by one of the Lowell Police Officers - who wanted to know why he had told me, that he was in the parking lot, that I run "that" anti Lowell Police web site. The Lowell Police Officers took my camera, wanting ID and harassing me like I had done something wrong, leaving me bent over a car in the street for 10-15 minutes. Besides being bodily moved from the private property to the street, held against my will, I was searched, as was the contents of my camera, without a warrant and without probable cause. When I got my camera back from the Lowell Police Officers, the display said "No card present", meaning it no longer recognized the compact flash card. Once home, I had to use pliers to remove the card, it had obviously been bent in every direction before being jammed back down in the camera. I tried it in a USB reader, but of course the Lowell Police Officers made sure it was junk. Regardless of the lies they will come up with to explain their most recent terror strike, I was exactly where I was supposed to be, doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing (what I had a constitutional right to do), only to be attacked and assaulted by two Lowell Police Officers, neither of whom was where they were supposed to be at the time. One of the Lowell Police Officers is Felix Figueroa (Figeroa?), the other did not identify himself. (Actually neither officially identified himself). Evidently members of the Lowell Police Department do not like cameras... On February 1st, Lowell Police Sgt. Thomas Fleming stole ("took" in Lowell Police jargon) a video camera from a UMass Lowell student who was filming a fight between students and police. He gave it to Lowell Police Officer Thomas McCarthy, who finally came up with it a few days latter. Sgt. Thomas Fleming latter lied about it, and ended up suspended for a month. Officer Thomas McCarthy was suspended for three days. In that vein, here's one on Lowell Police Sgt. Thomas Fleming: "I think it is great that Fleming finally got caught. He's been doing things like this for years and getting away with it. Maybe it will open the eyes of city government." http://www.lowellpolicesuck.com
Hey, Does anyone here know if the Officer Thomas Fleming has moved or been transferred to the Waltham Police Department? It would be a great help if someone knew the answer to that. Thanks.
