Accused of child pornography, warrantless search and seizure. No Charges Filed

Needing Help I am a webmaster with a gay website. My computer equipment was setup in my friend toms girlfriends basement. About 1 month ago I was doing some work when the escondido police came in and asked me if I was tom . When I told them I was john they radiod upstairs and said tell the lady of the house its only the gay website guy. I asked them what the problem was and they said they got a call for domestic violence. They then asked me what do you do with a gay website. I said make money.They then said how much money do you make, I showed them a payout for 2 weeks of $2,600 dollars they said wow. and I told them I should make my first million by next year. They then said show us how you make money. So I showed them and then one cop made a remark about are you gay. I then said and when I make my first million I am going to get married and have a baby and buy a house with a little whitepicket fence and live happily ever after, does that answer your question. He then said that will be some wife, my wife would not want me if I made a million dollars from a gay website, I then said I really Dont think she would care, and they left. One week later they came back and arrested tom on a warrant for not complying to a domestic violence program. They arrested tom and took him into custody. Two police officers then told suzy they needed to go into the basement, she asked why, and they walked past her and went downstairs. After 15 yes fifteen hours of telling her a search warrant for child pornography will be here any minute. They seized my computer equipment, all backup disks containing all my internet business accounts and information, all Personal information of over 400 members throught the united states, including username and passcodes to my members area, accesss codes to my credit card processor, access codes to hundreds of my domain name email accounts and information on my domain host. The lady of the house owns her own business and they also took her laptop computer and all her disketts. The office in the basement was totally vandalized and was the only part of the house that was searched. They told her that a copy of the search warrant and copies of the inventory of what was confiscated were in the basement and they left. In the basement there was 2 inventory lists but a search warrant was not there. There were no arrests and no charges filed. They Accused and Interagated my freind of child pornography and said johns website is a child pornography ring. They Insisted he tell them about the child pornography, said they have the computers so you may as well talk to us and make it easier on yourself. He told them he knows nothing, is not involved in anything of the sort, Told them there is nothing on the computers except johns business and his girlfriends business, and you will soon see the computers are not even mine, And you guys are totally out of your fucking minds. Tom was released the net day and ordered to complete a domestic violence class. The lady of the house has made several attemps and has left messages for the detective in charge of the case to contact her, she wants answers for what they have done,and messages for the return of everything they took. And she wants a copy of the search warrant. It has been almost a week and no one will return her calls or tell her anything. We want our equipment back and would like to know if we have any type of abuse or civil rights case. The escondido california Police department is totally out of control, they are known as the gostoppo and they need to be put in check. We have contacted lawyers and they say its sad but true citizens basically no longer have rights to protect them from these types of matters. One attorney said for about $2,500 up front he could help us file motion to get our computers back. I find this pathetic and believe the reason the police do this is because they know we the people cant afford to pay the lagal cost to fight this type of abuse, lawyers are afraid to get involved with the police, so people just forget about it . This citizen is not going to forget about it and god will send an angel my way that will help . Are you my angel? We need help to get to the bottom of this unbelievably humiliating experience.
