Briefly about myself. Im a man who was deliberately and prolongly persecuted-tortured by the Soviet Communist system with its famous"KGB and Punitive medicine" for my official protest against the occupation of Czechoslovakia by the Warsaw Pact countries on August 21,1968, as well as for my active fighting for the violated human rights of needy Jewish people, who suffered from the Soviet anti-Semites under the criminal leadership of communist authorities. Nevertheless that I was born in a perfect condition and without any hereditary chronicle diseases but the Communist criminals during twenty years of physically and mentally abusing my body almost succeeded in ruining my health. Therefore, after many years of denial in exit visas by the Kremlin and when I had legally immigrated to the West,I did it with the only purpose:to expose and to bring those my perpetrators-torturers to Justice and make them to pay for my ruined health as well as for all those sufferings and pain they have inflicted upon me. In 1987-1988 in Rome (Italy) I have asked the Federal government of Canada to grant me the status of politically persecuted person in Canada but my request was ignored. When the World Council of Churches has found the above mentioned sponsor,I have asked the WCC to familiarize me with their obligations towards me and my family. Frankly speaking, I have demanded to show me the Master-Sponsorship agreement but I was denied of seeing such an important legal document. When I refused to accept that prospective church as our sponsor, then I was intimidated by the WCC that our family will simply die from starvation on the Romes streets if I will not go to Canada. During that short meeting through an interpreter I was orally assured by the Director of the Rome office of WCC Miss Hutchings, that the United Church of Canada will provide our my family with all possible protection and support.They will ask on my behalf the Federal government of Canada for an additional financial help and services as I was destroyed by the Soviet KGB.But in reality,after having been brought to Canada I was exploited for material reasons, I was deprived of our insured for $9000.US belongings,intimidated, blackmailed, abused mentally and physically,threatened by the UCC with death threats for my intent to sue them and harmed in every possible ways. Twice during last ten years i.e. April 1993 and 1996 I was forced to run for my safety outside of Canada and ask there for temporary refuge but twice as much I was forcibly deported back into an extremely hostile and very dangerous for me land.Both times the Federal government of Canada has incited violence toward me, so during my detentions in Europe: I was physically beaten, robbed of my retroactive CPP(Canada Pension Plan) payment i.e.$5000.US, put into the Haarlems prison(the Neth- erlands 1996), humiliated and caused unlimited harm-sufferings. As a result of such a grave mis- treatment by so many parties I have became a severely disable man diagnosed with the major chronic depression.As result of all of the above said, I have lost my family and was put into a total destitution and misery by such an immoral but an extremely greedy "charitable institution". Therefore as the true victim of the United Church of Canada I urge the Revenue of Canada to rescind the non-profit status granted to that Church. It is very painful, harmful and troubling for me their victim to see that the United Church,whose identity centers on exploitation, greedy self-enrichment, involvement into a pro-communist political activities (i.e. boycotting the USA because of Helms-Burton Act towards the Castros communist Cuba)should be used tax-exempt status. By the rules of law of Canada any charitable non-governmental and non-profitable organization strictly forbidden to be involved in any sort of political activities. "The UCC is far from being the charitable institution, committed to be a raw model for the rest of population across Canada but to the contrary it has drowned into a fraud, abuse of authority, greediness,rotten corruption, cover-up and what is in a total contradiction in regard to their legal status.""As their victim I have the right to question the Revenue of Canada decision allowing this "Church" the benefits afforded to legitimate non-profit, non-political, non-governmental charitable institutions and urging you to revoke their license, what allows that "Church" to issue a tax-deductible receipts for a prospective but deceived donors in solicit- ation from them funds under a pretense of care for the needy people." hey dude i know just what lousy scumbags the dutch police are, today i was ytold that i cannot make acomplaint against 3 arabs that beat me up while drunk. heres my story. Statement of events leading to the physical beating in Amsterdam on Monday 28 June 2004 Having left the bar The Ponteneur, somewhat slightly intoxicated, (although capable of walking without weaving) I proceeded in the direction of my home, via the Javastraat. While on the Javastraat, I came to a bottle neck of pedestrian traffic outside a fruit and vegetable store (that routinely blocks the pavement to allow only two people to pass through at any given time) At this point I bumped into (due to the bottle neck) a man wearing a blue and white stripped shirt, we were both a little concerned at the power of that bump and this in turn led to an argument and I was pushed backward where I fell over boxes that were laid on the pavement and against a car. AT THIS POINT THE PERSON THAT PUSHED ME WALKED OR RAN AWAY. As I recovered my composure I was suddenly surrounded by three or four men, who were angry that I had fallen against the car. One in particular was frantic, shouting and waving his arms in all directions causing a scene. As I tried to walk away from this situation (which was not really my fault) I was held around the neck from behind by a younger man, and I then attempted to break free, (no-one likes to be manhandled by a group) as I tried to extricate myself from this painful grip, things got out of control and I was punched in the right temple from behind, as I slumped to the ground I was kicked numerous times in the face and in the torso causing heavy bruising. The next thing I was aware of was waking up in a police cell in agony and full of adrenaline. When I was allowed to leave the police station I was barely able to stand, And arrived home to a frantic wife and child. I slept in agony through most of Tuesday as my body tried to heal some of the damage. On Wednesday morning, I dragged myself from my bed and went to the police station on the Balistraat, Amsterdam, to ask about statements from witnesses and security videos of the beating. I was informed by the officer De Bruin that there are no videos of that area and that I am not allowed to have or see any witness statements due to procedure, when I asked to make a complaint against these assailants I was told by officer De Bruin that, I must first get a doctors note to accompany my complaint and make an appointment to make the complaint. Both of which I have done, after two lots of inconclusive x-rays on my neck, I consider my self lucky that I have only badly bruised ribs and facial /body bruising, as the kicks to the head could easily have caused my death. However there are a couple of very salient points that I feel I must make. 1, There should be no legal precedent for three or more men to beat a single person to a state of unconsciousness. 2, I was the person pushed, then I am not the guilty party. 3, The guilt lies in the person, who pushed, not the person that was pushed, Reasoning is very simple, If that person had pushed the pile of boxes and palletes that stand on the pavement onto the car, would the owner have beaten the boxes or chased the perpetrator? If that person had pushed an old man/woman against the car would the owner had beaten them too? Had the fruit and vegetable store not have blocked the pavement, the whole incident would likely never have happened. I would therefore suggest that the guilt for the damage to the car lies, 1st With the owner of the store that blocks the street. 2nd With the person who pushed me. 3rd With the town counsel, who should not allow stores to block the public pavements with their wares and empty boxes. However I am very disappointed that a police officer would accept that a man had to be beaten into unconsciousness, for a small scratch on an old car. I feel very strongly that this matter should be addressed and that the three assailants should be charged and punished. I also feel that the law should put an end to the wolf pack mentality, (meaning that when there are more than three assailants their lust for blood is outrageous.) Is it that an auto is more valuable than a mans life? 02/july/2004
