On feb 23 of last year I was outside doing some work in my yard when i started hearing shotgun blasts, I went around to the rear corner of my shed and saw a man on the next property shooting a shotgun. He was waving all over pointing it at me and my horses, I went in the house and got my pistol and went over there to stop him, he had hid the shotgun somewere and i did'nt see him with it so I went back home and resumed my work in the yard. About 5 or so minutes later my dogs were looking over there and wimpering so I went back over to check it out and I found my other dog had been shot twice. I rushed him to the vet but there was nothing that he could do, I went back over to the neighbors house and confronted him about it were he admitted he had shot my dog. The cops showed up sprayed me with mace and took me to jail, now I am facing 2 counts of aggravated assault with 2 enhancer penalties. The 2 cops statements and the so called victims statement were nothing but totall B.S... the cops hate me and I hate them.

Your neighbor is shooting a shotgun around and you try to confront him without calling the police first? You, sir, are a buffoon. Let the professionals do it. I am sure the police showed up and the first thing they did was spray mace without saying a word or doing any investigation. Man before you go whining tell the whole story.
Hi We all hate the fuckung cops. I live in Indiana and have the misfortune of having a rental house next to my home. The neighborhood is a nice and low key. this is the only rental house that is on the block. They raise hell and keep my kids up at night with the music. I'v called the cops at least 4 times and they give me shit for bothering them. FUCK THE COPS.
