Small Town Big Cover ups

I live in a quiet small town , Lived here almost all my life ... Never had any legal problems .. Never had been pulled over by any police department , never had a ticket .. I was clean .. My whole family was ... WAS Till Jeff Brieir moved in next door to me and my family . He wanted to start an affair with me after shortly moving in with his wife and daughter a house away , I stoped his avancces that continued while he was off an ON DUTY by turning it into his Police comm. Bob Gonzales when it had become a case of sexaul asualt while he was fully on duty . He was ordered to stay away from me and all my family that lived next door to him . But Officer Brieir (the neighbor) Didn't like orders .. and tore up my property with a concrete saw 100 fett by 2 feet across to erect a "Spite" fence on my property.. How .. Well He ran to the courts got three temporary restraining orders on all people with tittle on our home .. His police buddies would make sure we complied with the oder to stay away from our own home . Brieir was caught by a fellow police officer tresspassing on our property , asked him to sign a citation , Brieir never signed though .. and was never arrested (refusing to sign a citation is grounds for arrest ) I then went and got a full restraing order on the cop nieghbor , he violates it all the time , The police do nothing although the officer .. My nieghbor .. Jeff Brieir Was forced to ressign after it was found that his condudct was unbecoming of an officer . Two months after that I was falsely accused of resististing arrest ( For violating Brieir's Allied neighbors restraing order on me .. that Was very minimal .. To just not send any messages to her .. Which I was just going home )Which allowed a fellow friend Of Mr Brieirs to "punish" This was Officer John Coffelt , He slamed my tiny 5'7" 125lb body up agaist my front door brought my arm up then tried cuffing me , twisting and injuring my arm wrist and shoulder , when I cried out from pain , he told me to shut up and take my punishment like a big gil , then proceeded to kick my in the left shin with his steel toe boots , Took me down to the local station , then released me . It went on from there and still continues , my husband got a littering ticket (a $1,000.00 fine where we are) But fought and won it , I got arrested when me and my husband were at a party . we had a augument that never got physical yet I got arrested for "spousal abuse" that was thrown out , but I had to go to comunity service (it couldn't hurt) That cost money to go to , I got a seeping ticket when I was going the posted pseed , Had to pay fines for that , got a ticket for failure to stop , I stoped , I had to pay for that through courts as well (rememer the officer is sworn , so they must be telling the judge the truth .. lol) While droping my little girl off with her dad( this whole thing had caused me and my husband to seperate ) I got a ticket for voilating the old lady allied the EX cop nieghbor) causing more time and money in the courts , This past Dec2000 me and my husband were in the front yard of our home having a heated verbel confrontation (weve been together17 years )The nieghbors Brieir and his allied nieghbor with the restraing order on me called the police saying they witnessed me hit my husband ... The police came and one being a good friend to my ex cop nieghbor , I was arrested for "spousal abuse" again my husband did not feel it was and tried to tell them that the nieghbors are just trying like hell to give me a criminal record .. to get me on formal probation so they can arrset me more fequently when the neighbors lie to see that I do get arrested . I talked to Bob Gonzales just yesterday Feb.21,2001 Who is now the Chief of police , I asked him if I could record the interview and he said NO ... Anytime my neighbors harass or violate thier restraing oders the police only log it as incident reports , but they nieghbors ( the two allies) can merely make something up , and without the cop coming to me for my side or to let me know I am being accused of something Just go and take the report to file to the DA making me look like I am the problem up here . My son is having to take Paxill from all this , Me and my husband are trying to work on our marriage again , but btween all the court days and payments .. we are losing .. we have to move .. WE HAVE TO MOVE .. WE DON'T WANT TO .. BUT WE ARE BEING CHASED OUT OF TOWN by all local enforctments , not only the police , the building and safety always finding something that they say is code violations .. We had a nice fully livable guest house in our back yard bt it was in the way of where Mr Brieir was errcting the "spite" fence so convientanly the permit at the city (the same city Mr Brieir worked for)was lost , and we had to gut the guest huose to a mere "covered patio" . I cry every night .. I cry every day , I get suicidal , Because No matter what we do it just aint right to the local police . We are not druggies , we are two people trying to deal with life ,, We have two children 13 and 7 and a mentaly slow adult to talk care of .. if that isn't enough stress ... PLease help me before they say I robbed the local Circle K and Shoot me down when I pull out an "invisable gun " and kill me ... I am sooo frightened to live here , This isn't healty for anybody to have to go through .
