Although you may feel that the winthrop harbor police have unethical treatment. I am sure that it is all petty stuff. There are so many worse police stations out there that are doing actual crimes. Sorry but just because the harbor police tend to loose there tempers a little bit because of a bunch of spoiled kids who don't know how to treat people, WHO CARES. Especially them moore boys. what a bunch of brats. Yeah so they pick on kids but look at how much they let us kids get away with. And it gets old but if you treat them nice they normally don't bother you. Officer Dan Webb was one nice police that has helped me out and has help out a few of my friends. He no longer works for the harbor. And not all the cops are nice some are actually pricks but when you have kids selling drugs such as Anthony Respass who now lives at 1122 indiana ave in waukeegan and his telephone # is 847-652-8771, what do you expect. Yeah weed isn't all bad but harbor is such a small town that they need to pay for their government employees some how. Now I'm sure that who ever wrote this web page has not been brutely beaten in anyway or sexually violated in anyway so stop crying you big baby. And realize the the real world is comming for you and that if you think that the harbor police are bad then don't move to kenosha or go in the military. You are a weakling in our society that is just trying to cause trouble for people who have real jobs and risk their lifes everyday. I'm not saying that they are always right for what they do. But dude get over the grudge you have or you will be misserable for the rest of your life.

My daughter had to be rescued from her fu***d up dad Joel and his psycho wife Kim (and her wacked son John) in Winthrop Harbor (on Park Ave). She was almost suicidal because of them. The WHPD went to her dad's house, got her stuff and made sure she made it on the bus, safely back to Florida. The cops let me know every step of the way what was going on. Officers Webb, Spongrass and Concepcion were great. I would definately be a character witness for them!

please make a report on any cop that violates your rights in any way.put it in writing not a verbal complaint.dont be afraid make sure you email the chief of police this complaint and tell them who you gave it to.if it goes no where do as i am contact the department of justice.talk to friends and neighbors and see if they to have had problems with the same officer or department and include this in your report to the doj.the doj can bring a suit against the department,change procedures or stop grants.

Officer webb did leave but was not fired he took a better job so those of you who want to talk crap about him need to leave it alone because he was one of the best sgts that winthrop harbor has seen!!!!!!!!!!

please send all complaints about winthrop harbor police to the department of justice.making a complaint directly to the police dept. will get nothing done.you can also contact the fbi or the united states district attrn.but do send your complaints and any other persons that has had unethical treatments name and or phone info to the doj.i have done so and with enough im sure they will step in and do something with this unethical police dept
