Well, guys, as you responded to that person's page, you don't realize how much I read in newspapers and archives of how well the corruptions and misconducts are especially San Jose and San Francisco, almost all newspapers gave in to cover-up not one particular Hispanic newspapers, now everyone know the problems exist in all police departments, like I said on others: WHERE ARE THE GOOD COPS WE KNEW???? NOW WE HAVE PROBLEM COPS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR HOMES AND JOBS CAUSING DOMESTIC ABUSES, RAPE, DRUGS LIKE O. PEREZ, HE BUSTED THANK GOD, HE THINK HE'S A HERO, NOW WE KNOW HE'S NO HERO COP AND A MURDERER, WHAT ELSES HIDING IN PD? SO FAR, HIGH RANKING OFFICERS AND BOSSES HAVE HARD TIME CORRECTING THEIR OFFICERS' PROBLEMS. We don't like problem cops...since they can bully us, insult, harm, kill us for nothing, simply they are power hungry, while good cops tried to find a way to tell the bosses but partners threaten them with falsified reports against good cops?? Get real, good cops deserve to stay while that dumbknot cops should be thrown against the sidewalks where all lives walk over them in embarrassments....geez...there is no improvement like governors and others claimed..I'm teeing off in anger that I already reported misconducts against teh officers regarding my loved one....

I doubt seriously that he was dring or drunk while on duty, but they say the wife is the last to know. I would be interested in some names and dates, concerning his extra matrial affairs, if he's keeping items for his personal use where is he keeping them at? not at his home. I will say this i could believe you. I have a past dealing with the worst law enforcement in the country side in Canada. Catching or proving DIRT is not only hard but dangerous, and commanders don't like the idea of there personnal could be DIRT (makes them look bad). Some of the crimes you stated here are not going to be proven. Poss of stolen property has to be on his persons, after awhile of commission of offence. Then prove of criminal intent (the officer knew it was stolen and did not enter or record it as evidence in a theft case, but act on knowledge of stolen property used stated property for personal use or gain) The planting evidence WOW this is a big claim!!!!! first things first what was the evidence planted?? Did the case surrounding the planted evidence go to trail??? As for the sexual favors in lieu of charges not being laid, alot of agents do this and they think there so smart but alot of people know, commanders, lawyers, judges. The first thing they teach cops witnesses have motives, the cop made a promise and did not hold up his side of the bargain another cop arrests the same person at a later date and gets a big story, defense is enformed that client had sex with agent on some kind of deal of a unlawful manor. Suspect thinking it can be used against agent, deal with crown, attempt of making them self look like the victom and not the bad guy and so on. controled substances??? THIS IS MINE- does the person in question use the controlled substance? Active sale of the controlled substance? Assist the person selling the controlled substance after the sale of the controlled substance? Or assists the person on what is needed for a nark case ex physical evidence, witnesses, compleation of a transaction, motive and so forth- with knowledge that the person they counseled will use said knowledge to defeat, pervert or impead a lawful investagation? Before I go into a four chapter book on this subject, I will say this, if your lieing what so ever there is nothing out there that can help you, false pretenses, public mischief, fabracation of evidence, and so forth. But if you are telling the truth and there is a good reason you are my advise is tell there commanders, get a lawyer. Cause not every one is dirty and if there is a file Nark undercover will go for him, agents dealing with young offenders will be looking to find evidence of sexual penatration of a minor, Handlers will send trained informants to gather information on his criminal activity with his sources. AND SO ON! As for the beating thing I.A.D. are all cops to and they have there mean ones, goes around comes around and for gods sakes don't gather infformation on this you are not trained, you will screw it up! and he will walk and maybe later one of his people you stated here will find out who you are (source files are classified) cause you don't know what you are doing, you may be harmed or even tied up to make you look like a criminal.
