I am looking for representation to pursue a suit in this matter:
On National Public Radio (www.npr.org) February 5, 1998 Alfred E. Mann, Chair & Ceo of Mini-Med and Advanced Bionics was interviewed and discussed his recent donation of $100 million dollars to the University of Southern California for the establishment of an institute which would research into bio-med technology for practical medical applications.
Advanced Bionics is the developer of the pacemaker and, more recently, the Clarion Cochlear Implant/Bionic Ear, which electronically stimulates the nerve endings dealing with hearing perception in conjunction with computer coded sounds, allowing a deaf person to 3hear2 his environment.
In his NPR interview, Mr. Mann disclosed further development that allows the blind to see in a similar fashion to how the Cochlear Bionic Ear works. The nerve endings associated with the transference of visual information received by the retina is electronically stimulated in conjunction with visual data computer compiled of the sighted 3object2. Mr. Mann says this technology will allow a blind person to see traffic in the street and to walk safely trough traffic, and to even be able to 3read2 large print.
This technology is currently under use in the United States and is employed by the United States as electronic weapons technology, and also can be referred to as 3Mind Control2.
This technology is under the control of the Infrastructure Protection Task Force (IPTF); and in particular, the F.B.I.9s Computer Investigations and Infrastructure Threat Assessment Center (CITAC). Mr. Freeh has told Congress this group is dedicated to ensuring that the newest technology advancements can be used by the government 3in peace and security2. The IPTF is composed of the President and the FBI, Dept. of Treasury, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Transportation, Dept. of Defense, CIA, NSA, National Institure of Standards & Technology, National Communications System, Defense Information Systems Agency and the Dept. of Energy. It is important to note that because this technology is being used on U.S. citizens and constitutes a Civil Rights violation, and the Department of Justice knows this and refuses to do their job enforcing Civil Rights, the Department of Justice is subordinate in the organizational hierarchy of the IPTF under the FBI, which is the Chair. The Justice Department doesn9t want to find itself in the ugly position of not only refusing to do its job and defend our civil rights, but of being the lead federal criminal committing the crime.
I am one of many who have been targeted for testing of the array of non-lethal weapons tactics in use in the U.S., Canada and Great Britain. For four years I9ve been subjected to auditory harassment which others can9t hear. My thoughts are read. For three years my dreams have been manipulated. As I close my eyes at night, faces revolve in front of my eyes and my 3sight2 drives down a highway.
The technology will not disappear, and in fact, huge amounts of money are being channeled through back door entrances into mainstream society. Mr. Alfred E. Mann is no stranger to military technology finding its way into the public. He originated as a physicist working with the Army and Navy, and started (according to his own public relations pieces available on the internet) his first company at the urging of the military. He has received awards for employing aerospace technology in the business sector, and received his income from selling devices to NASA and the DOD. In 1967, his company Spectrolab was the primary supplier of space power systems to the Applied Physics Lab (APL), a Federal research lab managed by the Johns Hopkins University -- which worked on defense and space projects for NASA and the Dept. of Defense (Biomedical Synergies, Vol 1, Issue 2, Fall 1995, Pacesetter Inc.). For the two years that information was gathered on NIH R&D contract awards (1993 & 1994) Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD received 19.1 and 14.6 million respectively (www.nih.gov/grants/award/trends 94/e35pp.gif).
I have not been able to confirm a report that Mr. Mann9s Cochlear Implant was developed with Research Triangle Institute (RTI) as a research partner; for those two same years RTI received 19 & 15 million dollars.
Again, in his own public relations statements, he has noted that his initial proposal to give $100 million dollars to UCLA was turned down because of 3university politics2, which UCLA officials acknowledge that there were worries about the direction of research, division of royalties and which program - engineering or medicine - would best house the project (PR piece which was contributed to by LA Times Staff Writer Nancy Hill-Holtzman). I propose there hesitation is attributable to the funding of college programs to develop not only military weapons but weapons which are illegally being used on American citizens at this current date and have been employed for at least two decades.
In fact, cleverly, the origins of Mr. Mann9s businesses and his connection to the military have been insidiously hidden by a shift to funding and transference of funds from the Department of Health Services and the NIH. Now he is further distancing himself from future possible litigation by selling off his companies and associating his investment and return with the California University system (he plans on receiving a percentage of any income derived from products developed there). And we all know how hard it is to sue a government entity. An interesting quote regarding Mr. Mann states 3In addition, Mann said, he will dig into his 3own pocket2 for another $1.5 million this year - and up to $5 million in following years - to kick-start the USC institute. (Attributable to the same PR piece contributed to by Nancy Hill-Holtzman). Just as most of the current citizen 3targets2 where originally jailed and harassed by representatives of our local law enforcement and federal law enforcement, our current harassment continues under the guise of 3human research subjects.2
The government has disavowed our victimization while they hope to capitalize on it. The E-mail lists we subscribe to are frequently used by our harassers to introduce larger conspiracy theories, which people who are already aware of wrongs done to them are more likely to embrace. There are videos which find their way to our mail boxes, supposedly on the topic of mind control, which are produced by Ted Gunderson of Las Vegas, Nevada who was the Bureau Chief of the F.B.I. in Los Angeles, called 3Presidential Secrets2 which is an indoctrination into a fear campaign against a 3New World Order2 that Mr. Gunderson would like the victims to think is the cause of our harassment and a threat to our democratic way of life. Furthermore, in this tape, Mr. Gunderson uses the testimony of a Mr. 3Chip2 Tatum, a self confessed C.I.A. assassin, who also claims to have suddenly awakened to see the light and be a whistle blower against his former employer, the U.S. Government and Special Operations. Mr. Gunderson also has been a guest speaker at groups throughout the United States, including S.M.A.R.T. Conferences, holder of Ritual Abuse Survivors and Mind Control Seminars held annually in the U.S. It is not uncommon for retired F.B.I. agents to be covertly employed by the C.I.A. for propaganda spreading purposes, and a close look at the tape 3Presidential Secrets2 will show that this is not an amateur effort. Great pains were taken to use subliminal clues to draw the viewer into accepting Mr. Tatums testimony as fact. He blinks at the beginning of the video when expressing personal asides, but later in the video, when he wants the viewer to really accept what he is saying, he blinks repeatedly when talking about his so-called facts. This is an easy, beginning psychology ploy that can be easily seen. Since I know that mind reading technology is a fact and not a future possibility, I find it especially ludicrous that these individuals say they are safe from government assassins because they have given damning information to others who will release it if anything happens to them. It would take an amateur on the right computer two seconds to pick the brains of these men to find out where their paperwork is safeguarded. It is an insult to rational thinking to assume that they are pulling something over on our government.
I find millions of dollars being given to our colleges to finance weapons research, hidden by the guise of helping humanity, deplorable. Especially when this technology carries with it the pain of hundreds, maybe thousands of legal citizens, who are not currently able to find the same guarantees of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that their neighbors possess. Some have died; some from suicide, others are in mental hospitals and some have been jailed, even for reporting this crime. All for living with stimuli that the general population doesn9t believe exists.
As Mrs. Clinton said, 3There is a right wing conspiracy2. But, the Infrastructure Protection Task Force is depending on us blaming the WRONG right-wing. It is the ultra conservative leaders in the Department of Justice and the military that is leading our 3liberal2 President into a new era of constrictist government where we will not only be afraid to speak out against the government, but afraid of even thinking about it.
The Congress is terrified of the press releasing this story before they do. And they are afraid of a complete breakdown of faith in our political systems, let alone in their own re-election. They passed recent legislation over riding the Presidents order to the Intelligence Community that federal whistle blowing protection did not apply to certain agencies. In other words, as of March 9, the President has 60 days to send a letter to every employee in these agencies telling them that they can blow the whistle of federal crime without prosecution or loss of their jobs. The Congress is praying that someone else will blow the whistle on this crime, so that they can tell the public in the wake of this news that they knew nothing about the situation.
The perpetrators of this crime, our federal government civil servants, are depending on the fact that Congress is waiting for someone else to claim responsibility.
The first time I ever saw the words 3Mind Control2 in print was a quote from the Federal Prosecutor in the Oklahoma City bombing trial (San Francisco Examiner, Sunday, October 26, 1998) who said that Timothy McVeigh believed that the government was 3involved in a massive plot of assassination and mind control2. What happened to our federal law enforcers that definitely had access to the inner thoughts and plans that were made in advance of this bombing? Even if you rule out Carol Howe9s testimony (the informant for ATF) that she forewarned our government, the government itself surely could have known. Furthermore, this horrible domestic terrorism was used by the current F.B.I. Director before Congress this year as a reason to keep tight security over information on the workings of this agency. This threat of domestic terrorism is threaded with the pushing of electronic weapons victims into the ultra-right, possibly so the real far-right in our government can justify a tight, nationalistic, push to limit and destroy our civil liberties.
On March 25, 1998 Senator Glenn and Jeffords received packages containing a gun powder mixture at their offices which sent their staffs to the hospital. Senator Glenn is responsible for introducing Senate Bill 193, the Human Research Subjects Protection bill, and the bill is currently in Senator Jeffords Committee, Labor and Human Services. These people that mind read want to protect their technology, their agenda and keep it a dark secret. And the way that they are going about it is to say it has to be kept secret to fight domestic terrorism.
It would be easy for people who have mind reading technology to find mentally ill people like the one who terrorized their offices. They would also know how that person thought, and be able to send an operative to buddy up with that individual to encourage their sickness to focus on Sen. Glenn and Sen. Jeffords. Targeting these two could serve many purposes. It9s another example of domestic terrorism (or looneys out of control). It might scare them from pursuing Senate Bill 193, or it might lead them to agree with the contention that domestic terrorism is a real issue.
Either way, it allows these individuals to manipulate the public into allowing their hold and inhuman treatment of mind control/electronic weapons targets to continue. Hearing voices that others don9t and saying that your thoughts are read are easily diagnosed as a mental illness. It increases the perception of fear of mental illness and will allow these people to continue to jail and hospitalize American citizens who they have targeted with this secret technology. We are innocent, we are fighting by letters for our freedom, and also the freedom of every citizen who has not come to know the terror of having your home, your children, your privacy, your long held belief in this country destroyed by government-paid individuals with absolutely no morality. Evacuating a Federal Building brings to mind the Oklahoma Federal Building bombing. If they can9t push us to violence, which they do try to do, then we will bear the label of societies enemy by the way they manipulate fear and misunderstanding in the media.
On C-Span (February 28, 1998) a Rear Admiral said that the military is training to fight 3domestic-terrorism2. Under what circumstances is the military allowed to fight it9s own citizens in the United States? Isn9t this a function of federal law enforcement?
There is a wealth of questions as to how and why our government has chosen to use mind reading ability in the way that they have.
Clinton has talked about leaks from the Special Prosecutors office, and yet no one within the Grand Jury need say a thing outside of it. Agents can read their words and even thoughts from a distance. In Clinton9s State of the Union Address (1998) he said that the 3newest technology will be used to enforce our borders2. I expect to see electronics weapons technology, including mind reading, employed on our borders in the near future.
A year after the murder of Jon Bennet Ramsey, the crime goes unsolved, when this technology can also read the minds of the chief suspects in this case and have no doubt of the murder or murderers.
Why has the F.B.I. (March 98) made what appears to be a mistake at this time in arresting the two men thought to be carrying a deadly anthrax virus, when they can read their minds and know whether or not this is true? Probably, full time surveillance of every American is beyond their allocation of manpower and monitoring, but the government has long kept surveillance of right and left wing members, and, as one man was said to be the head of an Aryan militia, his thoughts might be one9s who would be read.
Janet Reno has used the rights of President Clinton9s privacy to deny appointing an independent investigation into Campaign contributions in the last presidential campaign, and yet her Justice Department is part of the Infrastructure Task Force.
Meanwhile, innocent citizens are threatened daily for their lives if they don9t accept 3mouth control2 as a way of life in the United States. These perpetrators have faith only in their ability to intimidate the victims, and when that fails, that they can manipulate the truth and the media to keep this from coming to light. This is the biggest story of this century and promises to hold the way of life as the average American has come to live, in it9s balance. My guess is that this blatant abuse of some citizens and the lack of it9s use fighting crimes that we as a society abhor will be used eventually into allowing mind reading to be used as an acceptable law enforcement technique. What needs to be questioned are not only these issues, but the possible thousands of trials that have already taken place using illegally obtained information.
Do some homework. The technology that Mr. Alfred E. Mann is using is based on military weapons, he is channeling money given to him to front the military using our college campuses as labs, letting our young people become well versed in the technology that fuels this fire without a chance to question the philosophy and liberty issues that this technology and it9s current use begs. When the issues finally come to light, it will be not one any of us feels we can tackle. I would like to add that since I9ve started writing this letter to the media, with an earlier draft to Mr. Mann, he has pulled back numerous press releases that were on the Internet. His connections to the military and NASA are traceable through the companies that he has founded, their offshoots and records from the Federal Government NIH, National Department of Health, NASA and DOD. Some of the companies Mr. Mann has headed are: Spectrolab, Heliotek, Pacesetter, MiniMed, Inc. Advanced Bionics Corp., Medical Research Group and Siemens Infusion Systems. He has at one time I know of been financially backed by Galen Associates.

Thinking is not analogous to computation as if there would be some information stream that could be tapped into. The best science available would indicate it is a very complex three dimentional everchanging process. I keep an open mind but I don't see even in theory how it could ever be done at a distance. If you feel you have an implant of some sort have yourself examined. More likely you are experiencing paranoid symptoms. That government have experimented with every conceivable mind control technology and radiation weapon should be a given to everyone. The Russians even were found radiating the USA embassy in Moscow with microwaves. I am reasonably certain this had to do with eavesdropping. Some interaction between microwave radiation and diodes that had been d distributed in the embassy if I remember correctly. Your research into government research is interesting. You are correct that there is a great deal of disinformation put out to confuse investigation into black projects. Good luck sorting it all out.

i don't know if anyone has used me as a target of mind control or any other electronic weapon but you are right in your beliefs that someone is taking our freedom at an alarming rate look at the fed court rulings the supreme court every day dishes out orders alowing police to trample the constitution the states have all but declaired marshall law on citizens there is almost no trials any more if a defendant refuses a plea bargain the prosecutor and judge just calls in their hand picked jury and gives an excessive sentence to discourage others from going to trial the police can't tell the truth because most are pathological liers and can't distinguish the truth from lies they are controll freaks that are out of controll they will turn on their masters eventually because they are also power hungry so i wish you the best of luck however i know you have an uphill battle i wish i could help but you are not alone in the battle i am fighting to stay out of jail just because i have some property that the sheriff and mayer of a small town in arkansas want to use to wreck the ecology of a creek that i live on they want to gravel mine and i refuse to allow them to steal my property i was searched with a warrant that had seizure of eminet domain i could write several pages on abusive police conduct in this area and last week the chief deputy here in marion county was arrested for terroristic threatning a felony for my kind but in his case it was a misdimeanor i was in okla. when o.k.c. was bombed and not one f.b.i. agent was hurt yet they had an office in the federal building when it was bombed i am amazed at the fact that the man convicted was smart enough to finance and build a bomb but couldn't buy a tage or insurance for his car and how does a state that can't determine that a man usually doesn't beat himself up before comitting suicide cath an alledged bomber like the o.k.c. bomber just minutes after it happened.

Three sides make everything. Us, them(and the people who benifit from what they do) and those who don't have a clue. There are many of us, including those who are affected in much the same way but don't know it. The problem is that we are kept alone and conditioned not to trust anyone, even eachother. I am from Canada, suffering from the same ordeal. My problem is that I know too much about "them", how they work, how it's all done, who's involved, etc. Unfortunateley, the more I type, or "leek", the more difficult my life will get. I also get the privelage of watching my unknowing family suffer from intimidation, directed at me. When my problems started, interestingly, the town I live in was awarded extensive work on it's main street. An insentive to look the other way, no doubt. Also, threats to others regarding the same fate. Fear, Hate, cash, and opportunity are their barganing chips (allthough they paint a verry different portrait of themselves). These people play by their own rules, often lowering themselves waaaaayyyy below anything they might accuse you of. Keep in mind that nice people finnish last. That's why I'm in this position. I was in, but stepped out because I could never treat an innocent in this way. I believe in Freedom, Truth, and Privacy. Those things clash with the controll of knowledge, ill communication, and the theft of peoples right to a fair chance to live life to it's fullest, I guess. They stole my credibility immediatly. Digging up things from my childhood, put them in to their own hatefull contexts, and used to strike a nerve with anyone they wanted to make hate me. That and much the same as what you are going through now. An unbelievable ammount of people who won't, and probably fear hearing the truth. We aren't crazy. We've only learned that the impossibe is possible, and then some. We have a true story that is terrifying, and dangerous to believe. We are being tortured to feed to world it's pleasure, and hide it's disgusting face. Be strong in mind and heart. Try not to hate the world, or anyone in it or you might end up unknowingly adding to someone elses like experiences. Don't feed them with your own steam. Be the bigger, better person, no matter what. We are alone together (sonds corny, I know) but we are many. Most of us are just afraid to talk, and face the world alone. Keep it real, or you might look crazy. There is no such thing as crazy. Sorry for all the one liners. ...and always, allways, allways believe in yourself, no matter what is thrown at you. You always have credibility with yourself when you know what's right. If your entire life has been covered in bull s**t then it's up to you to be the bright spot. Most of the suffering is just in your head. _______ And a note for anyone who scoffs at this story: You are either part of the problem, or don't realize that these are real storys, by real people, and writing them can be often very costly to the quality of their lives and the ammount of intimidation that they recieve. Shit man, I found it!!! The fuckin biggist loophole that ever existed!! My life is so much better now that It's finally over. I never thought it would happen in a million fucking years but i did it!!! I have overcome it all!!! I found the one thing they didn't think of!!! The one little thing that makes all the noise stop!!! I nearly collapsed when it happened with relief and disbelief. I'm tellin ya it feels so good to be alive and true now. My troubles have finally ended. Props to digital cable.
I understand that people think lots of this stuff is too wierd. But look around at the news every single day. How wierd is that. Truth is often so much more strange than fiction. Gosh, 6 men are killed every day in our cities and some of you think that civil rights are too crude to think about? Isn't that what the Germans and their neighbors said when jews were being dragged off to the gulags and experimented on? Wasn't it just less than 15 years ago, that most Americans still treated black people like they were from another planet? There are files and files and files on public view in our national archives of government experiments on non-consenting folks including use of LSD and veneral disease to "study the effects for national security." And when the familes of these folks went looking for answers, they were all told they were nuts for thinking up such conspiracies. 20 years later, the organizations finally admitted their "research" and published their results. And if we are doing it, you can bet other countries are too.
I have experianced simmilar things and the same players are involved. The main perpitraiter was attending UCLA and his engineering work was funded by DARPA. He was in the computer science dept. from 1994-2000. He did say his ultimate goal was to build cyber eyes (and I thought he was joking)so there is a connection. I do not beleive in the whole mind reading thing. I beleive the people who discredited me drugged me and tapped my phone. This leads credence to mind control, it may seem like they are reading your thoughts, but really they are listening to everything you say. You may not be hearing sounds that others can't hear, others minght just be denying they hear it. The drugs make you seem crazy. They use many different kinds, some cause insomnia, some fatigue, some audio/visual hallucinations and many other health problems. The ultimate goal is probabibly to drive us to suicide. I have a real hard time beleiving in conspricy theories and the guys following me and taping me can attest to that, right guys? I'd like to find out more about UCLA, as I will soon own a lot of stock from a business venture that was created by the major players in the computer science dept. during the years you mentioned. And Keith or anyone else reading this, how's it hangin'?
I am going through the same thing right now,and I never,in a million years thought that this would happen to me!I am now pretty sure that my house is bugged and that there was some kind of digital eye on my sattelite receiver.I never had any problems like this until I moved here about 3 years ago.Anything I say during the day is repeated by my husband when he comes home from work,by my family,people I don't even know when I go shopping,everybody.I know my family knows what is going on and won't tell me.Coincidently my husband went through the same thing right before I met him,or so he says he was diagnosed with possible schitzophrenia.I think maybe my whole marriage has been a set-up from the beginning,and he was used as the experiment to see if it would work on somebody else.I know he's in on it because everyone I know tells me it's in my head.I went to a psychiatrist,went willingly into a mental hospital just to prove to them that nothing was wrong with me.My doctor diagnosed me with stress,oh boy,who doesn't have that.I'm too smart and on to their game,and one of these days I will prove it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was put on seroquel,a drug used to treat schizophrenia,imagine that!I quit taking it and going to my doctor because it was the same bullshit,it just slows down your thinking.Like I told my husband,if they all want to make a soap-opera out of my life,let's make it good!After this I mentioned to him one night that someone being caught bugging someone or using spy cams could get a five year prison sentence and 10,000 dollars in fines,he didn't sleep but two hours that night,so tell me there isn't something going on!You are not crazy,do like I'm going to do,play the GAME until you figure it out!!!!!!!!!!remember HE WHO LAUGHS LAST,LAUGHS HARDEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
